Analysis of ingredients

This is a tea-free flower and fruit tea, and the raw materials are all natural dried fruits and flower materials:

• Rosehip (Roselle): the base raw material, with its own rich natural sour fragrance, is also the main source of tea soup colour.

• Dried raspberries: The freeze-dried process retains the aroma and graininess of raspberries, and the fragrance is very fresh after soaking.

• Dried blueberries, raisins, diced strawberries: add a sweet and sour layer

Brewing status & soup colour

• Colour: After brewing, it will present a bright ruby red/rose red. When brewed cold, the colour will be brighter. After hot brewing, the colour will be dark burgundy. The tea soup is clear and transparent, which looks very atmospheric.

• State: After boiling, the dried fruit will stretch in the tea soup. The texture of the dried raspberry and the petals of the rosehip are clearly visible, and it is not easy to turbid after soaking for a long time.

Flavour & Taste

1. Acidity characteristics: The acidity is marked as SSS level, which belongs to the partial acidic flower and fruit tea. The refreshing fruit acid of rosehip is first felt at the entrance, followed by the berry flavour of raspberry and blueberries. The sourness is prominent but not sharp.

2. Sweetness matching: The natural sweetness of the dried fruit itself is very light, and it is sour to drink it directly. It is recommended to combine it with honey, rock sugar or square sugar to make it sweet and sour. After neutralising the sourness, the aroma of berries will be more prominent and the taste will be smoother.

3. Hot and cold foam adaptation:

◦ Cold brew/add ice: The sourness will be weakened, the freshness of berries will be amplified, and the balance of sweet and sour is very similar to fruity sparkling water, which is super refreshing in summer.

◦ Hot bubble: The aroma is stronger, the sour fragrance of rosehip and the berry flavour are more fully integrated, and the sourness will be more obvious, which is suitable for warm drinking in autumn and winter.

Suggestions for drinking

• When brewing, you can adjust the amount of sugar according to your own taste. If you are afraid of acid, you can add a little more raisins and diced strawberries to increase the natural sweetness.

• This tea is caffeine-free, and drinking it at night will not affect sleep. It is very suitable for degreasing, afternoon tea or after meals.
